We have a customer that has their "Sent Items" folder showing up twice on their Disk Usage Report. I tried deleting their FileStore folder, mailbox.cfg file and root.cfg file with no change. These duplicate entries are counting against the user's quote. Does anyone know how I can get SM to fix this?
