Would like the ability to add our own menu item for clients to click on, in the web-mail interface.  For our purposes the new menu item would allow us to "link off " to our own CRM for our clients.
This could be implemented in exactly the same way that there are custom links in SmarterTrak.

Also request ability to implement own custom CSS to the web interface, so that our own branding, style and fonts .. et al can be continued.
Main implementation target, at least for us - would be the web mail panels and main headers
