UK Date Format

Resolved
In Version 17 the date format appears to be in US format: 03/04/2019 even though our settings state we are in the UK. 

Can we change this to display as 04/03/2019? (This was possible in Version 15)

Update: ensuring you select English Uk on from login changes the date format
