Backup Batch file

Good Morning!
Has anyone written a .bat file to do a backup of Smartermail..... and/or a .bat file to restore.  Seems like Smartermail could have an easier way to backup files since they tell you do unistall to do a backup.  ...... or maybe I am missing something?
