Smartermail Upgrade Process

Not sure if this changes in SM17 but in SM16 and below, when upgrading you are required to backup, uninstall the current version then install the new version. How about having the executable for the upgrade perform that process or simply stop the services and update the files etc that need to be updated then restart the services.

Most other software I manage do not require a manual removal of the previous version to load the newer version
