Cleanup to MRS/App_Data/Logs directory automatically

Proposed
Just removed over 50GB of old logs. Would be great of SM kept this directory cleaned up like it does the primary service log directory.
And perhaps moved these log files to the logs folder.
I agree with @Frank. Probably if this would be moved to normal Logs directory then it would be also clened/archived like other logs.
