I installed the latest version of smartermail x16 which after installation tried to access the //hostname:9998 but was unable to access the page. Did just a basic default installation and let the IIS wizard setup IIS using SmarterMail as the site name, mail.mydomain.com as the host, * as the IP and default path. After that I read I was suppose to use the "Getting started wizard" but I am unable to find it in the website or the file located in the Programs folder.
