Delivery to these recipients is complete, but no delivery notification was sent by the destination server

Hi,

I've installed build 6928 (Dec 20, 2018) last week on our Smartermail server and, since then, one of our customers have been receiving these messages from System administrator almost instantly after each sent message :

xxxxx@customerdomain.ca

Subject: Email subject

With this attached text file :

Reporting-MTA: dns;mailserver1.xxxxxx.com

Final-Recipient: rfc822;xxxx@customerdomain.ca
Action: relayed
Status: 2.0.0
----------------------------------

The recipient's email address doesn't seem to matter, he receives this message each time he sends an email with a delivery receipt. However, he still receives the receipts when the recipients actually open the message.

I've found in Settings --> system messages that this one was called "Delivery status relayed" but I don't understand why this customer has never received this message prior to the last update. Is there any way to deactivate these messages so that my customer stop receiving an email form Sys. admin everytime he sends one?

Hi Charles same problem here.

I opened a ticket for this. I was told to create a content filtering for each domain that handles this thing.

I created a condition that if the body contains * is complete, but no delivery notification * then deletes the message

It is not a solution but only a workaround.

I:m seeing this same problem.  How do we disable?  Is this a bug?
