Upgraded to build Build 6928 ran into a few domains that Failed to load

The domain is there the files seem correct but I guess it has something to do with the migration to the new json format for the config files

Any idea how to fix this or reimport the domains?

Hello,

If you go to http://<yourserver>/interface/convert-status and then login. This page will allow you to see what domains are having issues loading and you can click on them for more information, like the errors occurred. Would be curious to know what the failure is.

LOL thanks for the extra information, but yea the amount of information there.. well is lacking.

Domain is experiencing a critical error 

Errors

Message: Could not load the domain.
Exception: Unable to load domain

This is happening with 3 domains.

Anyway to attempt the conversion for a certain domain again.

Each time SmarterMail runs it will re-attempt conversion on a previously failed domain. However, unless the underlying issue that caused conversion to fail is corrected, it will likely just fail again. I would submit a support ticket so we can work with you more directly on what could be causing it and that way we can get it fixed. When you submit that ticket, if you could DM me (via community, click on me) your Ticket ID when you do. I wanna make sure you get fixed today.
