Disk usage calculation is messed up
Problem reported by Ishan Talathi - 12/11/2018 at 5:10 AM
Resolved
In SmarterMail v17 6916 (custom build) , actual disk usage is 20 times less than reported disk usage. This causes domains to run out of space and stop accepting emails.

Hello Ishan, I'm not seeing the same issue when I check against my development SmarterMail email server, however, this might have already been fixed as a result of some other changes (just not released to the public yet).  We might be releasing a build tonight and I would recommend you update and see if the issue is resolved.

Also, in looking at this issue we found that the size being reported on the user's disk space report was also including shared folders (which it should not) so we'll have a fix for this as well in the next release.

Thanks!

Ishan, please run Treesize on that domain folder to compare results.
May be worth checking to see if SM is correctly calculating NTFS disk usage.
