Call Logs vanished

Hello,
Somehow all call logs from one of our agents have vanished.
i've changed groups for multiple agent, they all kept theire call logs accept for one agent.
is theire a log or something were is can see what happened to them? and how can i restore them?

The first thing I would try to find the missing call logs would be to use the advanced search. For the "Items to Include" option, make sure to select "Only deleted items". If the call logs were simply deleted, then this should bring them up. You can then check the history on the call logs to see who deleted them. If they still don't show up that way, it may be necessary to open a support ticket for further investigation.

Thank you for you're reaction, i've tried that but sadly wasen't able to find them.
are the call logs connected to the user or to the group, or both?

Call Logs are associated with both a group and a user.
