IP Class Error

We have to add incoming gateway scanning for O365 IPs but to specify entire IP pool from to  we use but we are getting error "Invalid IP"

We tried  &  also tried but error always shows as "Invalid IP "

Is this Syntax error? How to correctly specify IP Class / Range in Settings --> Gateway / Failover --> Incoming Gateway?

We use SM Entp 16.3.6782

Hi Devang,

At this time, SmarterMail does not support CIDR format for IP ranges. To enter an IP range, use a dash (-) to separate the IPs. For example, you'd need to enter in the IP field instead. 

While looking into this, we did also discover a bug that prevented a gateway's single IP being changed to a range. The fix for that issue is coming in the next minor release of SmarterMail.
