IP Class Error

We have to add incoming gateway scanning for O365 IPs but to specify entire IP pool from 65.55.88.0 to 65.55.88.254  we use 65.55.88.0/24 but we are getting error "Invalid IP 65.55.88.0/24"

We tried 65.55.88.0/24  &  65.55.88.1/24  also tried 65.55.88.1/32 but error always shows as "Invalid IP "

Is this Syntax error? How to correctly specify IP Class / Range in Settings --> Gateway / Failover --> Incoming Gateway?

We use SM Entp 16.3.6782

Hi Devang,

At this time, SmarterMail does not support CIDR format for IP ranges. To enter an IP range, use a dash (-) to separate the IPs. For example, you'd need to enter 65.55.88.0-65.55.88.255 in the IP field instead.

While looking into this, we did also discover a bug that prevented a gateway's single IP being changed to a range. The fix for that issue is coming in the next minor release of SmarterMail.
