In online help, under Add Header, it says: Headers should be formatted like "X-someheadername: value"  

From my testing, if you don't follow this format, the header text is not added. So, if you don't mind my mentioning this, the Online Help text should read, thusly:  Headers MUST be formatted like "X-someheadername: value"  

Thanks for listening. And of course, when set up this way, the header is added just fine when the rule is triggered.
