Reminder alert emails keep firing

SM 16..6830, I have a calendar appointment with a reminder. I get emails of reminders per my setup in SM. I've gotten 10 reminder emails this morning, at least. I went to SM and dismissed all alerts, they keep coming, I deleted the calendar event. Why do the emails keep coming and not just sending once?

Neal, thank you for reporting this. We will be looking into the matter.  To clarify, even with the calendar event deleted, you are still receiving notification emails?  Was this a personal calendar appointment?  A domain calendar appointment?  A meeting invite with attendees?  If you could provide a little more information, it will help with troubleshooting.

No, I'm not receiving any more after deleting the event. I took a few minutes to try and find my notification settings such as where to configure getting emails of alerts and I can't find them. It's incredibly difficult and frustrating trying to find settings in SM 16 so I give up. You actually have my entire account in my open ticket so feel free to review my config in your system as I even got a notification from there as well.

Hi Neal, 

This issue looks to be resolved in the latest release, 16.3.6855. Are you still receiving duplicate reminder emails for calendar appointments?

Thanks for the update, Neal! I'm going to mark this as Resolved for now. If you do see it again, please provide the configuration of your appointment and we'll try to replicate.
