This is just one of the many mails received in the clients in the latest version (16.3.6821) and there is nothing we can do to restore the mail to its original state!
We`re also experiencing an issue where when replying some of the emails in TO or CC will have invalid characters added to them which makes them look like this:

Obviously the mails will fail to be delivered.. We believe this is related to what
Hasham reported.
Please fix the issue ASAP. In case there is a custom build addressing this problem, we`re willing to install that, so please let me know.
