Search of Custom Field doesn't work

Hi,

If I do an advantaged search with a Custom Field, it gave me "no items to show".

What can I do??

The custom field values are :

[INCIDENT] - Operation Incident

[INCIDENT] - Long Resolution Incident

[INCIDENT] - Security Incident

[REQUEST] - Appl/Infra in production

[REQUEST] - Ongoing projects

[REQUEST] - New planned projects

...

can be the problem "[" or "]" or "-" ?

Because our other Custom Fields works fine.
