Upgrade minor version

Answered
How I should upgrade a minor version?
 
Option 1: Uninstall current minor version, restart server and install new minor version?
Option 2: Upgrade new minor version without uninstall previous minor version?
 
For example: I want upgrade of 16.3.6816 to 16.3.6821
