ActiveSync Sincronization Problems on Outlook 2013 and 2016

Hi,

We are experiencing many synchronization problems on ActiveSync accounts with Outlook 2013 and 2016, for instance a user with the same SM account on 3 devices, 2 PC's with Outlook and an iPhone with OS Mail, the iPhone is equal to Webmail on inbox messages and on Unread Items, but the PC's are different from webmail and different from each other, the number of inbox messages is different and the unread itens is different from webmail and from each other, we delete the Outlook profile, and create a new one and after a full synchronization everything is OK, but after some time other differences appear again.
This kind of sintoms is happening with various accounts, even a user account with only one device, PC with Outlook sometimes has differences from Webmail. This only happens with Outlook 2013 and 2016 on Windows, mobile devices are normally correct with webmail.
Does somes has the same issues or is just us ?
I'm getting tired off SmarterMail, since the release of version 16 we are having various problems, our clients are always complaining...
I need a solution. Thanks.

Maybe if you installed the latest version of SM 16.3.6816 there are IMAP problems. A lot of them. See also https://portal.smartertools.com/community/a91071/imap-problems-with-6816.aspx#103628
Downgrade the version

Completely agree with Damir. Many similar problems are also being reported with v15.7.6816.

The problems i reported were not with IMAP but with ActiveSync, the IMAP problems are a different issue.
We are experiencing ActiveSync problems for months….

ActiveSync is not affected by the issues we were seeing with other protocols, like IMAP. IMAP, XMPP, POP, SMTP all use our own TCP code to process requests. Requests from ActiveSync, EWS, WebDAV use web requests and thus IIS's pipeline for processing requests and thus are NOT affected by the issue Damir claims.

So sorry to be a pest, then, but even as a separate issue, are these EAS problems for real?

Nothing new here... iPhone has different emails than the Webmail which has different emails than Outlook which has different emails than the iPhone. The iPhone shows 1 unread message on a folder, but the folder is empty, always issues here.
