IMAP - Messages Downloading Again

Recently, we noticed our email clients re-download messages in our IMAP folders every few days. This did not happen with previous versions of SM 15. This can be time consuming if a folder has many messages. Has anybody else noticed this? Thanks.

We're running:

SmarterMail Enterprise Edition Version 15.7.6782

Thanks for the info. What client are you using with SM?

I am shortly upgrading a customer (that other kind of client, ha) to v15. Most users are on SM webmail, with some on Thunderbird and some on other clients. Lots also using SM on their native smartphone (mostly IOS) email, with a few using EAS.

Some users have very large inboxes and use lots of mail storage besides; this kind of thing will cause multiple headaches, so I would also like to know if others are experiencing this issue.

Sorry to be a pest, but is anyone else having this problem?

I'm about to move to this version, and it would most certainly be an issue.

Using Thunderbird and it happens about 1 out of 3 times when clicking a folder with 10,000+ messages. Just started doing it earlier this year after one of the SM15 upgrades. Could be due to a Thunderbird upgrade as well.

Might be a unique situation, but this does have 6 votes so maybe others are experiencing it?
