Custom Links from ST 8 ?

Is there a way to have the Custom Links (that used to be in older versions of ST) working in the current version?

Custom Links have been moved into Brand configuration. In Settings, open the brand you want to manage the Custom Links for, and go to the appropriate tab.
 
You can find more information on the page linked below, near the bottom.

Thanks, that was exactly what I was looking for.

Follow up question: Is there anyway the "Custom Links" can show on the Top Navigation Bar, alongside the Home, Knowledge Base, Tickets, News, Community?

The way it is now, they come up below the Welcome Message and don't really fit in.
They also only appear on the Home page (somehow associated with the Global Search that is displayed there), but not on any of the other main pages (KB, Tickets, etc.)

At present, there is no native way to change how the custom links are displayed. It may be possible to accomplish some of what you are looking for using the Custom CSS Style Overrides, which can be set in the Brand settings on the Portal Options tab.
