Sender Priority not saving in 6754 (SM 16)
Problem reported by Neal Culiner - 7/8/2018 at 8:10 PM
Resolved
I added a few address to sender priority and saved. I returned to the site today to review a few things in admin and notice it shows 0 items in sender priority. Bug?

Hi Neal,

Thanks for reaching out! I unfortunately couldn't replicate this issue. I just added two entries to Sender Priority, and they are both preserved after refreshing the site, logging out and back in, clearing the browser cache and logging in with a different browser. I'll keep these entries configured and check back in tomorrow to see if they're still there.

For additional troubleshooting... Did any service restarts take place on the server or in IIS? Had you upgraded SmarterMail after adding the priorities? Finally, if you right-click on the preview pane and open the browser developer tools, do you see any errors on the Console tab?

Thank you!

I added more and they are gone again. No service restarts.

Hi Neal. My Sender Priority entries are missing as well. I will report this to the development team and get this resolved as soon as possible.

Any idea of when this will be fixed so I can use this feature?

Hi Neal,

Are you still seeing this problem after your upgrade to 16.3.6795? A test install running 16.3.6795 seems to be preserving existing and new entries.

Employee Post Marked As Resolution
Hello Neal,

A Sender Priority entry I added on August 16th has still been preserved. Since we can no longer replicate this issue, I will mark this thread as Resolved. If you are still experiencing trouble with disappearing entries, I would encourage you to contact the Support Department directly for their review.
