Resolved
Every time I open Community at portal.smartertools.com, it asks me to accept privacy policy. I accept it, but at the next page it asks to accept it again.

More info:

Now it shows "An Error Has Occurred
The page or resource that you are accessing is unavailable or an error has occurred.

This error occurred at 08/06/2018 06:05:20 and has been logged. Please contact your system administrator." when I click "Accept".
