Not all domain folders recognized after a minor upgrade for SM 15

I performed a minor upgrade for SM 15 over the weekend and we had reports mail was inaccessible. I had to restart the service this morning after the I restarted it after performing the upgrade. The article should be updated to say, restart the service twice to make sure all domains folders are picked up.

Did you reboot after the uninstall of the older version and before the install of the new version? That is a step that is not in the upgrade notes, but I always do it because I have seen problems when I don't do it.
