User Web connection can not End Session
Problem reported by Tina Cline - 4/25/2018 at 8:18 AM

Just upgraded to 15.7.6663.
May not be related to upgrade, but today a user called saying they were getting the SmarterMail "oops page".  Sure enough he was, but no other user in the same office was.  I assumed a browser cache issue but it did not solve - tried 2 separate browsers.  Outlook is running fine with POP on his machine.
Checked Active Web Connections and there were 20 for his IPs, half of which listed his email address as logged in.  Some for as long as 16 hours.  Clicked them all and hit End Session.  The anonymous went away but not his logged in ones.  I tried again from his machine - it lets him login now, but once you get to the users page, it would not let him click on any folders or even logout.  Page is frozen.
I cannot get all the sessions to disconnect in the event having too many open sessions is the issue. How can I manually get these sessions to go away?
Is this a bug or some corruption occurring only from his login?

P.S. - I can log in as this user from any other IP address just fine.

Not sure what happened, but it had to be related to the users computer locking a session.  After reboot (and I rebooted the server for good measure that night) all returned to normal without repeating behavior.
