Auto Reply doesn't work

Not A Problem
I have an email that came in our Smartertrack that has created a ticket, but the Smartertrack autoresponder hasn't sent the mail to this address because the email contains TAG in the header that inibhits the autoresponder.
Here the TAG  in bold :
"Subject: BBBBBB
Auto-Submitted: auto-generated
References: <>
sent_on: 2018-04-23T13:55:03+00:00
In-Reply-To: <>
X-Auto-Response-Suppress: DR, RN, OOF, AutoReply"
This email cames from another ticketsystem (Zendesk).
What I can do?

This is by design. The email that came in specifically requested that no auto-responses are sent. SmarterTrack respects this request. Ignoring the request could cause some systems to blacklist your email domain for failing to comply with the auto-response suppression.
