User Does not Exist for outside accounts like gmail.com

Hi
I have a new SM 16 install it is working sending emails and all the normal functions of a email server.
 
The problem we are seeing is when a website on the same server submits an smtp request, in this case the website is trying to send a reset password email. All email sent via smtp auth from the same server (ips) get this message
 
"User Does not Exist"
 
We have an outside server that is connecting and sending throught the server with no problems, it only from internal website.

J., is that the complete SMTP log for that session? I do not see any server response listing its CAPABILITIES nor am I seeing your server sending Auth information.

For this issue we were able to get the server to work by adding the sending IP to the whitelist.
