Can we add the feature of search logs by subject in view logs option?

If we do this, can it be optional? I assuming storing the subject would have to go into the delivery logs. Our delivery logs are already many GBs in size, now add the subject line of every email we receive into the delivery logs on top of it. As well as the "privacy" aspect of it.
