SmarterMail16_Setup.msi unattended install

We used to be able to install SmarterMail 15 using the MSIexec.exe quiet install for an unattended setup. I am not able to get SmarterMail16 to do an unattended setup since it launches the VC++ installer and the Website configuration gui. Is it possible to do a completely unattended installation of SmarterMail 16 using the MSI or EXE?

Have you tried running the SM16 msi with /quiet?
