Chat Workspace pop up doesn't work

Not A Problem
Hi,
 
If I write to a colleague with Internal chat (Workspace -> Istant Messages), the sound work but no pop up camed out.
 
(we use Google Chome updated with popup enabled)

The auto-popup setting for chats only affects Live Chats with users. Instant Messages and Chat Rooms do not automatically popup when a new message is received.

There will be the possibility to automatically popup also Istant Messages in the next releases?

We do not currently have plans to automatically popup Instant Messages upon receipt of a new message. We are discussing ways that we could improve alerts about Instant Messages without interfering with whatever the agent is currently working on.
