Send Email to users issue

I have had to use the Send Email to all users feature under the Manage section of the main admin account since I upgraded to version 16.

Two things have come up:

I wish we could change the from address of the email being sent.
The from name is always displayed in lower case. I know this is super minor, but it looks inconsistent withe rest of our communications.
