Latest update has broken SM

I've just updated to V16.3.6628 and I now can't manage any of the domains or accounts.
I get a red box bottom right that says "An error has occurred, Please try again later. if the problem continues please check your internet connection or contact your system administrator for assistance"!
I have uninstalled and installed again but its still the same, any idea whats wrong or where to look to solve?

When you load the manage page is it blank on the right hand side? If so sounds like the issue we had, they have a fixed version v16.3.6633, problem was with the Server Blacklist check for us.

Chris, that is the same build that we gave Anthony this morning. He confirmed that it fixed the issue.
