How to get email to send over 2nd IP

I have a windows 2016 server with Smarter Mail 16 and 2 IP addresses. For a specific domain I have set Outbound IP to the second IP address, but mail from this domain continues to be sent from the first IP address.
The second IP address appears in bindings and I have added all Ports.  Is there anything else I need to do?

Found it....  Had to go back into Settings > Protocols and set to "Use the Domain IP"
