Need new webmethod in svcTickets

Please add a web method to svcChats similar to the SetAgentReceivingStatusForAllGroupsAsAdmin method in svcTickets.  We need the ability to change an agent's chat status from an admin account.

Hello Terry,
 
I wanted to let you know that we've added the functionality to change an agent's availability for chats in a given group. These new API calls will be available with the next update of SmarterTrack:
SetAgentReceivingStatusForAllGroupsAsAdmin
GetAgentReceivingStatusAsAdmin
