[BUG] Adding then Deleting Event Actions

Resolved
I stumbled on this bug in 13.1.6614.18436. 
 
If you add an event action, then delete an (older) existing event action without saving; the newly created event action is also deleted.

The fix for this is included in today's release of version 13.1.6648.
