Some Issues Regarding SmarterMail 16.3.6614

A few concerns from our team.  Some new.  Some old.
 
  • In the Administrator Login, under Manage, sometimes everything is all values are 0 until I refresh.  Then the spool, user activity, connections values appear properly.
  • On Chrome using Pixel 2 Android, I hit reply and a new compose window appears.  However, the To, Subject, and Body are blank.  Go back, hit reply again, then it works.
  • Administration > Settings > Security > Whitelist.  Our Whitelist box shows 13.  When I click on it, there are 2.  Somewhere along the line, our whitelist has been wiped out.  The whitelist.xml file only shows 2 entries.
  • A customer still can't make a mailing list where SmarterMail won't remove your subscribers automatically.  Tried contacting Tim Uzzanti himself on this last month but no response.
  • Setting Preview Pane to Top or None is not even feasible in desktop mode.  It must be condensed. I just don't know how all that wasted real estate could provide a successful e-mail experience.  I noticed the setting is always Right Pane on the marketing materials for SmarterMail 16.

In my professional opinion, I would FIX the Top and None preview pane user interface experiences before moving to version 17.

I think they should create a separate Log that tracks which of the Spam Filters are triggered to better evaluate our Spam efforts.

This issue seems to be growing among our users.  We are running 16.3.6621 and still getting reports of it.
 
I personally have the Pixel 2 Android using Chrome and yes, the issue exists for me as I type this message.
