Problem with sending to Cyrillic domains

We use SmarterTrack Free 8.2.
We are experiencing a problem with sending to Cyrillic domains.
Can we cope with this problem?
If so, how?

Hi, Sergey. SmarterTrack uses your own email settings for sending and importing of tickets. Have you checked the logs to see if there are any connection issues? (I *think* that SmaterTrack 8.x offered logs...that version is several years old so it's been awhile since I've seen it in action.)
