Cyren antivirus no activity

Hi guys, it seems that the Cyren antivirus don't works on my Smartermail 15.7.6600: no activity on delivery log. Can anyone help me?

New update to 15.7.6607 and still no activity on the log.
In the antivirus report I can see that the messages are checked but no virus was found, some messages are flagged as "unknow results".
Does anyone have any idea?

Unknown is normal for Cyren, this is their typical response for "We did not find anything bad".

Sure? In this case the virus was found ... but not traced in log as Cyren activity:
