Why would Cyren Zero_Hour Anti Virus show all as Unknown in the reports.

I am unsure if it is working properly. I looked at the Admin reports and it shows 762 Unknowns with 22 virus in the caught report. It never shows anything other than Unknowns.

I run a cmd line AV and Clam also.

Just want to see if this normal.

Cyren Spam and AV are licensed/activated

Yea they use Unknown for basically, "We didn't find anything". The majority of emails will produce Unknown. Here are some of the other values you might see, Confirmed, Suspected, Bulk, and Unknown for Spam. Unknown, Medium, High, and Virus for Antispam.

I have never seen any other than unknown. Spam I see all of them. Not Anti-Virus
