SM v15x 'Export All to CSV' feature

We are still using SMv15 until we feel v16 meets our needs. I'm sure it will soon. We're looking forward to the API capabilities.

In the mean time, it would be great if the "Export All to CSV" feature pulled all the info you see per domain in the right panel. This would allow us to sort and report on all aspects of the domains we host.

Currently, all the CSV shows is whether the domain is active or not, despite the left column showing user / alias / list totals right there. Fairly useless.

In SM 16, we also export the size, max size, user count, max user limit, alias count, and max alias limit. I have added this to a feature request list for further discussion by the dev team to include more information in both SM 15 and 16.
