Plus Addressing Propagation

In SM v16 I have yet to find how to set the Domain Default or User Default for Plus Addressing (it defaults under v16 to "Disabled" unfortunately). If this feature exists and I'm totally missing it let me know where it currently resides, otherwise, can this be added to the User Defaults and Propagate?

At this time, Plus Addressing is not included on the User Defaults template, so it can't be propagated. I'm going to change this thread from a Problem to an Idea so we can track this request.
