Outgoing SMTP Gateway

Our Hosting Provider, Softlayers - IBM have block 25 TCP Port,

We are advised to use Relay SMTP server provided by them.

The Relay SMTP server is working fine with cPanel Exim, now when i am trying to setup in smartermail, the outgoing emails aren't going through the relay SMTP Server. 

I am checking the logs but it's not connecting to provided SMTP Server. 

I have setup the domain to use the outgoing gateway but no luck
