SmarterMail UI Fixes

Issue 1,
 
On the logs page, the search and other related functions are located on the right hand side of the page.
Traditionally all functions start from the left if you're working in a LTR environment, so I am not sure why your team has decided on RTL layout.
 
The search box should be larger / more prominent , located on the left of the page with the functions associated with that search to the right. Overall the space is badly utilized.
 
Issue 2.
 
Reply / forward buttons for mail previews should be place within the heading of the email, rather than the top of the page.
 
If you're reading an email and scrolling down to the end of the email you instinctively scroll up to the header of mail itself to reply, only to find that the reply button is located at the TOP of the page.
