disable listing,is it possible only enable listing ?

Hi,

at calendar,contacts,task,and notes,

there is a eye aside each category as my attachment shows.

i know,when i do not want to show/view certain category,

i can click the eye aside the category,

but if there are many category but i only want to view/show certain one category(s),

it seems there is no button ?
