Unfortunately, wildcards are not supported. However, it is possible to enter the Autoresponder Blacklist entries like you want to do.
- @domain.com would prevent auto-responses from going out to all domain.com emails, but permit them for any sub-domains.
- domain.com would prevent auto-response to all emails associated with domain.com and its sub-domains.
