Sharing Resources,can i set only certain one(s) ?

Hi,

about the Sharing Resources,

i know it can let end users to shared notes,contacts, calendars, tasks ,email folders,

but i have a question,

when share notes,contacts, calendars, tasks for certain group or other end users,

if im not not wrong,it will shared all my resource,

i want to ask if i can set category as only share certain category ?

for instance,when i make some notes,

some notes can share with my sales team,

but some notes i want to keep to my private own only,

not need public all the notes.

is it possible ?

No, we do not filter sharing based on categories. Each resource can only share itself in full, there is no way to select certain items within a resource to give access to.

Hi,

is it possible set it as a feature request ?
because i think share is good way to let work smoothly,
but if there is no limit,
it may make the mail user does not have his/her own full privacy.

We already have a "Is Private" flag for calendar items. Anybody with whom the calendar is shared that has read-only permission or less cannot view these private items. A shared user with full control permission is able to view private items. Are you wanting something similar to the "Is Private" flag for all of the other shared resource items?

i think if each features have "Is Private" flag like feature,it will be better.

Hello,

with my confirm,
it seems only calendar support "private" flag and private/dedicated calendar without sharing.

if possible,
you may think to let all the features,
including calendar,task,and notes,
all the features can create their own folder(without be shared as private calendar does) or "private" flag,
i think it may be more complete.
