upgrade product renewal???

So I receive an email message offering huge discounts for upgrade product renewal. I login to ST customer portal, choose SM, choose upgrade, and am give no options to renew or anything.

I'm not going to pay $80 for support when ST cannot make their website work properly.

Hi Dan. When does your upgrade protection expire? I believe you can only renew within 60 days of your renewal date.

I didn't realize that they only offer a discount for licenses expiring near Christmas. That's awful. I need to unsubscribe.

I believe they do different types of promotions at different times during the year. You may want to ask them if there will be a promotion that is closer to your renewal date. :)

I read the same and emailed in, figured I could extend mine at a discount. This should be allowed regardless of expiration and the renewal just extends us farther out. I do this for my software. Otherwise don't send me the marketing emails that don't apply to me!
