Firefox Issues - Latest SmarterMail

Besides the previous issues reported with Firefox since a couple versions ago the following also occur:

1. When adding an attachment with either drag and drop or clip attach, it takes significant time to go from blank to green and then after 5 minutes I give up waiting for the upload to complete.

2. When clicking send on an email the email is never sent and the email composure window stays open.

None of these problems occur with Chrome where the attachment completes immediately, and emails send without issue.

As an update, the version of SmarterMail released on 11/22 seems to have resolved all the issues experienced in Firefox 56.0.2. I did not see anything related to the issues in the release notes, but thanks for the changes made.
