Requested invoice via email - but never arrived

I requested a copy of my ST invoice three times, see the confirmation, but it never arrived.

This is from My Account, correct? Just want to make sure. I don't see any entries in our delivery log for this as well. That tells me nothing was ever sent. We'll look into it.
