For quite some time, the installer for SM16 will hang for 1-2 minutes on the "Configuring Windows features." step - both for the install as well as the uninstall sequence.  This happens every single time on our Windows 2008 R2 servers.

 

When there are updates coming out as frequently as they are right now, that long of a delay (which again, happens twice because it hangs during the uninstall too) can put us offline for much longer than we should be.

 

Seems like it shouldn't have to configure Windows services every single time?
