SmarterMail Professional Version - 16.3.6496 - Grayed out Save button on Antivirus page

Hi SmarterTools team. I have a customer running SmarterMail Professional Version - 16.3.6496. He is trying to turn off ClamAV, but when he slides the slider to off, he can't save the settings because the Save button is grayed out. He and I both tried in IE, Firefox and Chrome. Same results for all 3 browsers. Any ideas on how to resolve? Thanks.

I would make sure to tab through the different fields and make sure they have good values. This is behavior we will see when a field is invalid or left blank (if it's required). We currently don't highlight broken fields unless you visit them first. This is behavior that I would like to see changed, as it has tripped us up here at the office a couple times as well.

Hi Matt. Thanks for getting back with me. The customer actually downgraded to SM v15x because he was having too many issues with SM 1v6x.
